Welcome to WORKYU™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WORKYU platform, website, and physical workspace services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, register for an account, or book a workspace. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Description of Services

WORKYU™ provides an advanced, tech-enabled platform for booking premium coworking spaces, including hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, and meeting rooms. The platform also facilitates community networking and resource access for startups and professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure that your use of the physical workspace complies with all local laws and WORKYU™ community guidelines.
• Leave the workspace in a clean and orderly condition after use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

While using the WORKYU™ platform or our physical locations, you must not:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Harass, abuse, or disrupt the work of other members in the workspace.
• Use our network for unauthorized data mining, spamming, or accessing restricted systems.
• Damage or alter physical property, furniture, or tech infrastructure at our locations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fair usage of our spaces. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations: Booking cancellations are allowed before a defined time window (e.g., 24 hours before the scheduled booking time).
• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within the allowed pre-booking window.
• Partial Refund: Partial refunds may be granted for limited cases at the sole discretion of the platform administration.
• No-Shows & Last-Minute: There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made after the allowed window has closed.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Platform Fees: Certain platform or service processing fees may be non-refundable.

6. GST & Invoicing Terms

As an operating entity in India, our invoicing adheres strictly to tax regulations:

• GST is applicable on all bookings as per prevailing Indian tax laws.
• Our officially registered GSTIN is 23AAPCA0845H1ZS.
• A proper GST invoice will be provided for all successful bookings and transactions.
• Users must provide their correct business GST details during the booking process to claim input tax credits.
• No corrections or modifications can be made to the invoice once it has been generated by the system.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, branding, and underlying software on the WORKYU™ platform are the exclusive property of ARYU TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WORKYU™ and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform or physical spaces.

9. Termination Clause

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform and workspaces immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, violate the Acceptable Use Policy, or engage in conduct detrimental to the community.

10. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Our platform may integrate with third-party payment gateways, APIs, and partner services. We do not guarantee the uptime or reliability of these third-party services and are not liable for any issues arising directly from their use.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
